2 c. Sugar
3 T. Butter
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 c. Evaporated Milk
1/2 c. Mini Marshmallows
1 1/2 c. Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips
2/3 c. Chopped Pecans
1/2 tsp. Peppermint Extract

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, butter, salt and evaporated milk in a large saucepan. Bring to a rolling boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Continue boiling and stirring for 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Add marshmallows, chocolate chips, and peppermint extract. Stir until marshmallows and chocolate are melted and smoothly blended. Pour into a buttered 8" square pan. Cool before cutting into squares. Makes 2 lbs.
