6-8 Tbsp butter (or more to cream)
1.5 cups of sugar
4 eggs
½ cup honey
½ cup dark molasses
2 cups of milk (mix with 2 tbsp white vinegar)
5 cups flour
2 tsp baking soda
Pinch salt
½ tsp baking powder
2 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
In a blender, cream butter and sugar (add more butter if it isn’t creaming). Blend in eggs, honey, molasses, and milk/vinegar.
Sift in flour, baking soda, salt, baking powder and vanilla.
Pour into 4 greased bread pans.
Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for apprx. 40 minutes until done (toothpick clean).
