Potatoes (quantity depending on number you are serving)
Heavy Cream
Cream Cheese
Sour Cream
Salt and Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Peel potatoes and cut into quarters.

Boil potatoes until tender in well salted water. Drain well.

Add salt and pepper to taste. Add some cream cheese, sour cream, and a little heavy cream. Mash well and taste to determine if you need to add more cream cheese, sour cream or heavy cream.

Turn into large serving dish and sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese - place in 375 º oven to brown lightly. Serve.

This dish can be made well ahead, put in serving dish and covered with foil. About 30 or so minutes before you want to serve place into a 375 degree oven to heat. Serve when hot!
