8 Small Round Cake Pans
5 1/2 Bars of Butter (Margarine)
12 Eggs
27 oz. Sugar
16 oz Bread Flour
12 oz. Rice Flour
12 oz. Hard Cheese, Shredded
24 oz. Daisy Sour Cream
1 tsp. Royal
2 c. Milk
Sesame Seeds

Directions:

1. Pre-Heat the oven to 350º.
2. Mix the ingredients in the following order:
Margarine, eggs, bread flour, rice flour, hard cheese, sour cream.
3. Mix in the 2 c. of milk or enough to make the mixture smooth.
4. Add the tsp. of Royal.
5. Fill the cake pans half way with the mixture.
6. Let the mix sit for 30 minutes.
7. Bake pans at 350º for 45 minutes or until fully cooked. (Test using a toothpick)
8. Be sure to carefully pull pans out. Use oven mitts.
9. Let quesadillas sit for a couple of minutes before serving.

*You can store un-eating quesadillas in a container at room temperature.
*You may re-heat the quesadillas in a microwave for 15 seconds- 1 minute depending on the piece size after its sat out or for days after.
