24 oz. shredded hash browns (no moisture)
1/3 c. melted margarine
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
2 c. shredded Monterrey jack cheese
1 c. sliced mushrooms
1 c. chopped ham
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. medium salsa
1/2 t. salt
4 eggs
1 c. 1/2 and 1/2

Directions:
Directions:
Spray Pam on 9x13 pan. Evenly spread 1/2 of potatoes and pat down. Brush melted butter over potatoes. Half of combined cheese spread over potatoes, rest of potatoes, rest of cheese spread.

Bake at 425º for 20 minutes.
