Ingredients:  
• 1 lb ground beef
• 1/2 c chopped onion
• 1 envelope (1 1/2 oz) taco seasoning mix (mild)
• 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
• 1 can (15 1/2 oz) whole kernel corn (drained)
• 2 c shredded cheddar cheese
• 2 c Bisquick Original or reduced fast baking mix
• 1 c milk
• 2 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Cook ground beef and onion until beef is brown, drain. Spoon into greased 13x9" baking dish.

Stir together the taco seasoning, tomato sauce and corn. Spoon over the meat mixture.

Sprinkle with cheese.

Stir remaining ingredients until blended. Pour over beef mixture.

Bake 35 minutes at 350º or until light golden brown. Serve with sour cream, chopped tomato and shredded lettuce if desired.
