2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
4 c. chopped cooked turkey
1-1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 c. sour cream (room temperature)
1/4 c. flour
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. corn chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Set aside 1/4 cup cheese. Combine remaining cheese, turkey, celery, green pepper and onion. Set aside. Blend together sour cream and flour. Stir in salt and pepper. Toss sour cream mixture with turkey. Put in 2 quart casserole. Garnish with reserved cheese and chips. Bake 25 to 30 minutes.
