4 c. flour
3 T. and 1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
3 1/2 c. milk (more as needed)
3/4 c. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together all dry ingredients. Cut in the butter. Add eggs and milk and mix until lumps are gone. Cook on a heated griddle or pan at low to medium heat.

I am a picky pancake eater--no "just add water" pancakes for me! This is my dad's recipe and I swear by it! Yum!

This recipe has a very high yield! If you are making for 4 or less people, you might wish to half the recipe, or even 1/4th it, unless you want a lot of leftovers!
