country style pork ribs or pork chops
1 pkg fresh sauerkraut or large canned kraut (not drained)
season with salt, pepper
13x9 glass Pyrex dish
potatoes peeled and cut into large slices

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
In a glass baking dish put pork chops or pork ribs along with undrained kraut,and sliced potatoes.Season to taste. Bake for 1-1/2 hrs.until pork is tender.
