4 chicken breasts, chopped
1 lb. egg noodles or spaghetti broke in half
1 chicken bouillon cube
Italian seasoning
garlic powder
sliced fresh mushrooms
2 tsp. minced garlic
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
salt and pepper
1 c. crumbled buttery round crackers
3/4 c. butter (divided)
1 c. cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Bring water to boil for noodles with Italian seasoning, garlic powder and bouillon cube. Boil noodles; drain.
2. Saute' mushrooms with garlic and 1/4 c. butter.
3. Combine chicken with noodles.
4. Mix together mushroom soup, chicken soup and sour cream. Season with salt and pepper. Gently stir together cream soup mixture with the chicken mixture. Place in a 2-quart baking dish.
5. Top with cheese.
6. Melt butter on stove top and add crushed crackers then sprinkle over cheese.
6. Bake at 350º for 30 mins.
