1 Baked Pie Shell
4oz Cream Cheese
8oz Whipped Topping
¾ C Powdered Sugar
3 Tbs Cornstarch
1 tsp Vanilla
1 Qt Fresh Strawberries
¾ C Sugar
Red Food Coloring

Directions:
Directions:
Crush enough of the berries to make 1- ¼ C.
Put crushed berries, ¾ C. sugar and cornstarch in heavy saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring constantly until sauce thickens and becomes transparent.
Add enough red food coloring to make a good rich color.Remove from heat and cool completely.
When cool, fold in remaining whole (or if preferred, sliced) coating well
Blend cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla. Add ¾ C of the whipped topping and fold gently until well combined.
