2 C Flour
C Sugar
1 Tbs Baking Powder
C Butter
1 Egg
C Yogurt (plain/vanilla)
2 Tbs Melted Margarine or butter
C Raisins/dried blueberries/cherries

Sift together flour, sugar and baking powder
Cut in butter.
Add raisins (or whatever dried fruit you choose)
Mix egg, yogurt and the melted margarine and
Add to the flour mixture
Knead 8-10 times and then pat out to a 8-10 circle and cut in wedges and slightly separate so sides can cook.
Sprinkle with granulated sugar and
Bake at 425 for 10-12 min.
