2 pkg Active dry yeast
½ C Warm water
1 ¼ C Buttermilk
2 Eggs
5 ½ C Flour
½ C Butter
½ C Sugar
2 t Baking powder
2 t Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in water in large bowl.
Add buttermilk, eggs, 2 ½ C flour, butter, sugar, baking powder and salt.
Blend 30 seconds on LOW speed, scraping bowl often.
Beat 2 minutes on MEDIUM speed.
Stir in remaining 2 C. flour – dough should remain soft and slightly sticky.
Knead 5 minutes – about 200 turns – on lightly floured board.
Shape as desired.
Let raise in warm place (85 degrees) until doubled.
Heat over to 375 degrees.

It was always a treat - an EXPECTED treat (-: None of us have picked up this torch to carry...... we all call them T A D Rolls (Takes All Day!) ALthough we loved them....and it just isn't Christmas morning without them......miss your Gramma!
