2 Tbsp. olive oil
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 (19 oz.) can Progresso Black Beans, undrained
1/2 cup cubed cooked ham
1/2 tsp. dried Italian seasoning
3-5 drops hot pepper sauce
2 cups hot cooked rice

Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat until hot. Add onion and garlic; cook 3-5 minutes or until tender. Stir in all remaining ingredients except rice. Simmer, uncovered 6-8 minutes. Serve over rice.
