In a 9x13 pan, make a graham cracker crust
Mix together:
1 package lemon jello and 1 cup hot water
Refrigerate until cool
Mix together:
1 8oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. lemon rind
1 tsp. vanilla

Whip:
1 can chilled evaporated milk

Mix jello, sugar, and cream cheese

Add whipped milk slowly to jello

Pour into pan and chill until firm
