1 cup warm milk
1 egg

1/4 cup butter, softened
1/4 cup cream cheese, softened*
2 cups powered sugar
1Tbs milk (add a few tsp at a time until it is spreadable)

Mix together in a large bowl:

Add water and milk. Beat with mixer until very smooth. Add egg and beat well. By hand add
2 1/2-3 1/2 cups flour. Knead for~10 minutes. Put into large container sprayed with Pam and let rise in warm place until doubled. Punch down.

Divide 2/3 and 1/3. Roll out the 2/3 portion into a 9x13 rectangle. Spread with butter, sprinkle with cinnamon (~2-3 TBS) and sugar (1/4-1/3 cup). Roll up starting from long side. ~1/4 cup butter softened
~1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
Add ~2cups of powered sugar, mix
Add 1 TBS of milk, a few tsp at a time until you get a spreadable frosting
