1 egg beaten
1/2 c sugar
1/2 c milk
2 tbsp butter melted
1 c flour
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder

Topping:
1/2 c brown sugar
2 tbsp cinnamon
2 tbsp flour
3 tbsp softened butter
Directions:
Directions:
Mix egg, sugar, milk and melted butter. Add flour, salt and baking powder. Pour into an 8 inch square pan. Mix topping till mixed and crumbled. Sprinkle on batter. Bake 375º 20-25 min.
