1 lg onion chopped
1 c oleo
1 c finely chopped celery
2-3 tsp poultry seasoning
1-2 tsp sage
1 tsp salt
1 can chicken broth
14 c cubed toasted bread

Directions:
Directions:
Saute celery and onion in butter in a large fry pan until tender but not brown. Stir in seasonings (except parsley) and broth. Bring to a boil then pour over bread and parsley. Toss lightly until evenly moist. Stuff in and around turkey or chicken.
