1 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup milk
2 tbsp olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
In medium bowl, mix flour, baking powder and salt. Stir in milk and oil until soft dough forms. (If dough is dry, stir in 1 to 2 tablespoons additional milk). On lightly floured surface, knead dough 10 times. Shape dough into ball. Cover with bowl; let stand 10 minutes. Roll out to desired size (12 inches is easiest with amounts listed).

I prebake mine a little before I put toppings on, but I don't know if you would have to. You could also add herbs to make it flavored!
