1 10 oz pkg frozen spinach.
1 envelope Knorr's Vegetable soup mix
1 8 oz water chestnuts (drained and chopped)
3 T minced green onions
1 cup sour cream
1 cup Hellman's mayonaise (NEVER Miracle Whip!)

Directions:
Directions:
Remove spinach from pkg and thaw very well. Squeeze water from spinach, it must be very dry!

Mix all above in large bowl, Add dried spinach (use many paper towels to dry it so it is very dry)

Chill overnight or no less than 6 hours.

Serve in bowl surrounded by your favorite choice of party crackers.
