2 lb. ground beef
1 can mushroom soup
1 1/2 cans water
8 oz. egg noodles
1 c. chopped carrots
2 c. crushed potato chips
1/2 c. celery
sea salt and pepper, to taste
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 can chicken vegetable soup

Directions:
Directions:
Butter a 9x13-inch cake pan or casserole dish. Put raw beef on bottom. Add salt and pepper. Add uncooked noodles. Add carrots, onions, garlic and celery. Mix 2 cans of soup and 1 1/2 soup cans of water. Pour over all. Bake for 1 hour at 350°F. In the last 10 minutes, add the crushed potato chips on top. Makes about 10 servings.
