1 (18.25 oz.) box yellow cake mix
1 (3.5 oz.) package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 1/3 c. water
4 eggs
4 c. flaked coconut
1 c. chopped walnuts
4 T. butter, melted
2 tsp. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
3 1/2 c. powdered sugar

Preheat oven to 350º and grease a 9x13 inch pan or bundt pan. In a large bowl combine cake mix, pudding mix, water, eggs and oil. Blend for 4 minutes. Stir in 2 c. coconut and the walnuts. Pour into greased pan and bake at 350º for 30 minutes or until done...cool completely.

Coconut Cream Cheese Frosting:
Melt 2 T. butter over low heat. Add 3/4 c. coconut and stir until browned. Dry on a paper towel. Cream other 2 T. butter with cream cheese. Alternately add milk and powdered sugar. Add vanilla. Stir in remaining 1 1/4 c. coconut.

Spread the icing on cake and sprinkle with browned coconut.
