1 lb. lean ground beef,
1 c. salsa sauce
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
2 tsp chili powder
2 c. taco chips, crushed
1 c. Colby cheese, shredded
1 c. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
1 med. tomato, diced
2 c. lettuce, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º F.
Brown beef in skillet. Drain. Add salsa, mayonnaise, sour cream & chili powder. Mix well. In ungreased 2 qt. dish layer meat mixture,chips & cheese. Repeat layers. Bake uncovered 25-30 min until heated through. Just before serving top with tomato and lettuce.
