No Boil Lasagne Recipe

1lb Ground Beef
1 Medium Onion, chopped
1 Clove garlic, minced
1 28oz can spaghetti sauce
1 10oz can sliced mushrooms (keep juice)
1/2 Cup Water
1 500g Carton of Cottage Cheese
1/3 Cup Grated parmesan
1 Egg, slightly beaten
2 Tsp oil
1 Package Sliced Mozzarella
No Cook Lasagne Noodles

Saute onion, garlic, ground beef. Drain fat. Stir in spaghetti sauce, mushrooms and their liquid, water-Bring to boil-remove from heat.
Combine cottage, parmesan, egg & oil.
Spoon 1/3 of sauce into 9 X 13 baking pan, cover with 1/3 of noodles, another 1/3 of sauce & another 1/3 of noodles. Spread cheese mixture over and put more noodles and then rest of sauce. Top with mozzarella cheese. Cover with foil and bake 375F for 45 mins, uncover and bake 15 minutes more
