2lbs Top Round Steak
4 tbsp. Margarine
1c. Chopped Onion
3tbsp. Flour
1 Clove of Garlic
1tbsp. Ketchup
1/2tsp. Salt
1/8tsp. Ground Pepper
1 can Beef Broth
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
1/2c.Sour Cream
1-6oz. can of Mushrooms

Directions:
Directions:
Slice beef and tenderize by pounding with a knife. Sear meat. In hot margarine, saute onion and garlic. Remove from heat. Add flour, ketchup, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth. Gradually add broth and bring to a boil. Continue stirring. Let simmer for 5 minutes. Over low heat, add soup and sour cream. Next add mushrooms and beef. Simmer on low slowly for 2-3 hours. Serve over rice or noodles.
