1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, defrosted and drained
2 - 3 green onions, chopped
10 eggs
½ cup water
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 cup grated Monterey Jack cheese
½ cup crumbled feta cheese
½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
¼ tsp. black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350⁰. Place spinach and onions in a well greased 13 x 9 inch pan. Whisk eggs and water in a large bowl; add cheeses and pepper. Stir ingredients. Pour over spinach and onions. Bake at 350 ⁰ for 30-35 minutes, or until set in center.
