2 10 oz packages frozen chopped broccoli
2 large eggs, beaten
1 c mayonnaise
1 1 oz can cream of mushroom soup
4 T grated onion
10 oz grated cheddar cheese
salt & pepper
1/2 c bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Coo broccoli in water, drain and set aside to cool. In large bowl combine broccoli, eggs, mayonnaise, soup, onion, & 2 cups cheese. Add salt & pepper, then pour into buttered 9x13 in casserole dish. Bake at 350º for 30 min Remove casserole from oven and sprinkle with bread crumbs. Top with remaining cheese. Return to oven and bake until the crumbs brown slightly & cheese melts, around 10 min.
