1 15 oz Can Creamed Corn
1 15 oz Can regular Corn (drained)
1 stick melted butter or margarine
1 Small pkg Jiffy Corn Mix
8 oz Sour Cream
1 c shredded Cheese
4 oz can of diced green chilis (optional)

Mix together pour into a buttered pan. Bake at 350º for around 45 min.

Easy to make, great for potlucks. Kristin made this for our annual cookie baking day in 2010. We always have a casserole dinner after making many Christmas cookies. It was an instant hit
