Ingredients:
Ingredients:
(2) 29 oz can peaches
½ c sugar
2 T cinnamon
1 box yellow or white cake mix
1 stick butter

Directions:
Directions:
Line cast iron Dutch oven with aluminum foil. Drain juice from one can of peaches and mix with sugar and cinnamon. Throw out juice from other can of peaches. Pour peaches and juice in bottom of the pan; spread cake mix over peaches and cover with sliced butter. Do not stir mixture. Cover with lid. Put Dutch oven on 6 to 8 hot coals, and place hot coals on top of Dutch oven with tongs. Check every 15 minutes to make sure cobbler isn’t burning. Usually takes approximately 30 to 40 minutes to cook, depending on how hot your coals are. Do not let Dutch oven get red; cobbler will burn. Cobbler will be bubbly. Let sit for about 10 minutes to cool before serving in heavy Chinette bowls (Will melt plastic bowls).
