Easy Focaccia Bread Recipe

1 pkg (10 oz.) refrigerated pizza crust
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 oz. fresh Romano or Parmesan cheese, grated and divided
2 cups (8oz.) shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
2 tsp. dried oregano leaves, divided
2 firm plum tomatoes, sliced

Heat oven to 375.
Unroll dough, leaving in triangle shape, onto baking stone. Spread garlic evenly over crust.
Sprinkle half of grated Romano, 1 cup of mozzarella and 1 tsp. of oregano over crust.
Place tomatoes in single layer over cheese. Sprinkle remaining Romano, mozzarella and oregano over tomatoes.
Bake 20-25 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
Serve hot.
