1 pkg. (1/4 oz.) active dry yeast
1 tsp. plus 6 tbsp. sugar divided
1 c. warm water (110-115 degrees)
1 c. warm milk (110-115 degrees)

1 egg
2 tbsp. plus 2 tsp. vegetable oil
3 tbsp. margarine melted

Directions:
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, dissolve yeast & 1 tsp. sugar in 1/2 c. warm water, let stand for 10 minutes. Add milk, salt & remaining sugar & water. Gradually add 2 cups flour, beat until smooth. Beat in egg & oil. Stir in enough remaining flour to make a soft dough. Turn onto a floured surface, knead until smooth & elastic, about 6 -8 minutes. Place in a greased bowl, turning once to grease top. Cover & let rise in a warm place until doubled, about 1 hour.
Punch dough down. Divide in half, roll each half on a floured surface to 1/3 or 1/2 inch thickness. Cut with a floured 2-1/2 inch round cutter. Brush with margarine. Using the dull edge of a table knife, make an off-center crease in each roll. Fold along crease so the large half is on top. Press along folded edge. Place 2-3 inches apart on baking sheets coated with nonstick cooking spray. Cover & let rise until double, about 30 minutes.
Bake at 375º for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. remove from pans & cool on wire racks.
