1 pkg. dry lemon cake mix
1 stick butter, melted
3 eggs
1 (8 oz) pkg. cream cheese
1 box (10X) powdered sugar
1 TAB lemon juice (bottled is okay)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cake mix, butter and 1 egg. Mix well. Spread out the batter on bottom of a 9X13 inch pan.Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, 2 eggs and lemon juice. Spread on top of batter. Bake at 325º for 40-45 minutes or until brown. Do NOT grease pan.

It is best to refrigerate before trying to cut them. I prefer these kept in the freezer. They really don't freeze but they are lemony and cool that way. They are always a hit where ever I take them.
