1 lb. hamburger
1 small onion chopped
salt
pepper
flour
milk

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger with onion. Drain. Add enough flour to coat all of the hamburger. Stir in milk to cover. Cook on medium heat until thick. If too thick, add more milk. Salt & pepper to taste.

Personal Notes:
When hamburger is browned, you may remove from pan and add about a 1/2 c or more flour. Brown this and then add potato water to make gravy. Add more potato water & some milk to make enough gravy, add hamburger.
