1 pkg. White Cake Mix
1 c cold strong coffee
4 egg whites
4 Heath candy bars chopped fine
Frosting:
2/3 c sugar
1/3 c chocolate syrup
4 oz cream cheese
2 c heavy whipping cream
2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
In large bowl, combine cake mix, 1 cup coffee, and egg whites. Beat with mixer at high speed for 2 minutes. Fold in all but 1/4 cup chopped candy bars. Spread batter in 3 separate 9 inch layer pans. Bake at 350º for 20-30 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes and then flip and remove from pans. Cool completely.
In medium bowl, combine sugar, chocolate syrup, and softened cream cheese. Beat till smooth. Add whipping cream and vanilla and beat till light and fluffy. Refrigerate till ready to use.
To assemble cake: Drizzle each cake with cold coffee. Frost first layer with frosting and continue to layer and frost. Garnish with saved candy bar crumbs. Store in Refrigerator. Cake is even better the second day!
