2 cut-up chickens, 1 pkg (1/4 lb) saltines, 1 envelope of onion soup mix, pinch of oregano, 1 bottle creamy French dressing, 1 can pineapple rings

Directions:
Directions:
Crush saltines in a plastic bag and add onion soup mix & oregano. Rinse & dry the chicken. Dip into dressing & then into cracker mixture. Place on a greased pan & place in a 350º oven for 1 hour or until tender. After first 1/2 hour baste with butter 2 or 3 times. Last 10 minutes of cooking place pineapple ring on each piece of chicken.
