1 T butter
8 oz sliced mushroom
7 cups chopped cooked chicken
2 cups sour cream
2 10 3/4 oz cans Cream of Chicken Soup
1 cup slivered almonds
2 T poppy seeds
4 T melted butter
2 cups crushed Ritz crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat over to 375 degrees. Spray a 13x9 inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. In large skillet, melt 1 T butter over heat. Add mushrooms and saute for 7-8 minutes. Remove from heat.
In large bowl, combine mushrooms, chicken, soup, sour cream, almonds, and 1 T poppy seed. Pour into prepared dish.
In small bowl, combine 4 T melted butter and crushed Ritz crackers. Sprinkle over chicken mixture. Sprinkle 1 T poppy seed over top. Cover with aluminum foil, and bake for 20 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 10 minutes or until bubbly. .
