9 slices bread broken over bottom of greased pan
1 lb pork or ham sausage, browned and broken up
1/2 lb grated cheddar cheese
Mix together
3 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp salt
4 eggs beaten
1 pt milk

Drop sausage on bread and add cheese and milk. Dot with butter.

Bake 1 hour at 250º
