1 c. unsalted butter, no substitutes
1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 c. chopped pecans
24 graham cracker squares

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 º - 350º. Line a 10" x 15" cookie sheet with aluminum foil. Lightly grease the foil. (I use Pam.) Place graham crackers on the cookie sheet in one layer (24 crackers should fit exactly). Sprinkle pecans evenly over the top and set aside. Melt butter in a small saucepan. Add brown sugar and stir until the mixture boils. Boil for 1 minute. Pour mixture evenly over graham crackers and pecans. Bake for 10 minutes. Remove from oven, and immediately place the hot cookie sheet in the freezer for 1 hour. Remove and break into pieces. Doesn't need to be refrigerated.
