1 quart vinegar
1 cup water
3 cups sugar
sweet peppers - remove seeds and cut into strips

In Pint Jars
1 tsp canning salt
1 T Olive Oil

Combine and cook 3 minutes (boil)

Par Boil peppers x 1-2 minutes and remove.

In each pint boiled jar add: 1 tsp salt and 1 T Olive Oil
Add peppers, heated lid and rim. No need to
