1 lb veal steaks
6 tbsp flour
3 medium onions sliced
1/2 stick butter
2 beef bouillon cubes
1 cup boiling water
1 tsp dry mustard
1 tbsp paprika
1 cup sour cream
1 garlic clove minced
3 tbsp fresh chopped parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion and garlic in 2 tbsp of the butter until lightly browned.Add boiling water, beef bouillon, mustard, paprika and parsley.Dust thinly sliced veal with flour and brown in another pan with remaining butter. Add onion mix to meat and cover. Simmer on low for 45 minutes. Remove from the heat and add the sour cream. Bring to a boil over low heat. Serve over noodles or rice.
