2 eggs
⅔ c. sugar
2 c. milk
½ c. raisins
½ tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
½ tsp. salt
2¼ c. cooked rice

Directions:
Beat eggs and add the rest of ingredients. Pour into 2 qt. casserole. (She just said “large dish.”) Sprinkle nutmeg on top. Bake at 325º for 1 hour. (This part is my mom’s. My grandma used a cook stove.)
