1/2 Cup oleo
1 1/2 cup sugar
3 eggs
2 drops red food coloring
2 tbs unsweetened cocoa
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 1/4 cups cake flour
1 cup buttermilk
1 tbs baking soda
3 tsp vinegar
Directions:
Directions:
Cream oleo and sugar. Add eggs, food coloring, cocoa, vanilla. Cream. Add salt. Add flour alternately with buttermilk. Sprinkle baking soda over mixture. Pour vinegar over baking soda. Blend, do not beat. pour into greased and floured 15 X 10 jelly roll pan.

Bake 350º 15 to 20 minutes
Cool and frost
