1 Pkg of Spinach (washed and ready to use)
1/2 head of Romain Lettuce
1/2 lb Mozarrela Cheese grated
1/2 lb cooked crumbled bacon
1 can mandarin oranges, drained
1/2 C slivered almonds
Dressing:
1 T Poppy Seeds
1/2 C Apple Cider Vinegar
3/4 C Olive Oil
2 T Prepared Mustard
1/4 C Sugar
1/3 C Onion finely chopped
3/4 tsp salt

Cook bacon over low heat until brown. Remove bacon with slotted spatuala and place on paper towels.
