2 egg whites
1/4 tsp cream of tartar
4 tbsp sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites until stiff. Add cream of tartar and sugar a little at a time, beating well. Spread on cold filling and bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes.
