12 large Jalapeno peppers
6 oz. cream cheese
½ lb. sausage
4 oz. Colby & Monterey Jack cheese, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Using rubber gloves, cut 12 large Jalapeno peppers in half and remove seeds. Brown ½ lb sausage and drain. Mix sausage with cream cheese and shredded cheese. Mix well and stuff in the peppers. Bake at 325° for 20-30 minutes or until the sausage mixture gets light brown. Put oven on broil till the sausage mixture browns as desired.
