1 c. milk
3 T. flour
1 pinch salt
1 c. (2 sticks) unsalted butter
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Shake milk and flour together in covered jar to mix well without lumps. Cook in small saucepan with the salt over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture is smooth and thick. Set aside to cool.

Cream butter and sugar, add vanilla. With electric mixer, beat in cooled flour mixture, a small amount at a time. Continue to beat until frosting is light and fluffy.
