butter
fresh strawberries, cherries, raspberries or apples
sugar
2 c biscuit mix
instant tapioca (optional)
cinnamon (optional)
nutmeg (optional)
milk

Directions:
Directions:
Grease deep baking dish with butter; fill 3/4 full with fruit. Sprinkle 1/3-1/2 c sugar over fruit. Mix biscuit mix with 2 tbsp sugar and enough milk to moisten; spread over fruit mixture. Brush with butter. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes or until fruit is done and topping is brown. NOTE: use cinnamon and nutmeg with apples; use tapioca with berries.
