1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1/2 c cold water
1/4 tsp salt
4 eggs, separated
1 6-oz can frozen lemonade concentrate
1/2 c sugar
1 9' pastry shell, baked

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle gelatin over cold water in 2 1/2-quart saucepan. Add salt and egg yolks; mix well. Place over low heat and cook, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens slightly and gelatin dissolves, about 3-5 minutes. Remove from heat; add lemonade and stir until melted. Beat egg whites until stiff but not dry. Gradually add sugar and beat until very stiff. Fold into gelatin mixture. Turn into pastry shell. Chill until firm. If desired, garnish with whipped cream and strawberries.
