5 cups flour
2 pkg yeast
1 tbsp sugar
2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking soda
2 cups warm milk
1/2 cup warm water
cornmeal

Directions:
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl combine 2 cups flour, yeast,sugar, salt and baking soda. Add warm milk and water and beat on high for 3 minutes. Stir in the remaining flour. Do not knead bread. Place in greased bread loaf pans that have been sprinkled with cornmeal. also sprinkle cornmeal on the top of the loaves. Cover and let rise until doubled. Bake at 375º for 35 minutes.
