1˝ c. sugar
˝ c. light corn syrup
⅓ c. water
2 c. raw Spanish peanuts
1 T. soda

Directions:
Directions:
Grease cookie sheet. Combine sugar, syrup and water. Bring to a boil. When it reaches 220°, add peanuts. Lower heat to medium high and boil to 295°. Immediately add soda and quickly blend (do not beat) until soda is absorbed into syrup. Quickly pour into oiled cookie sheet a few minutes, remove surplus oil from brittle. As it cools, either break into desired size pieces or cut with kitchen shears to desired size.
